I’ve seen these types of dishes around, but not many out of wood. So this was a fun project to work on!
I enjoy finding new types of wood, and sometimes they come out of a “per pound” box at the woodworking store…with no names on them. And when trying to figure out what to make I decided on olive serving trays! These trays will take any charcuterie set to the next level. To keep these serving trays looking great, wipe down with a damp cloth and dry immediately. NEVER soak wooden trays or boards. And if they start looking dull, you can always apply some food grade Mineral oil and B.P. Farms Wood Butter.
These serving trays have been finished with food safe Mineral Oil, Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil and rubbed down with B.P. Farms Wood Butter.
