#42 - Exotic Wood Cutting/Serving Board

A cutting/serving board is one of the most ESSENTIAL tools in the kitchen. And it's something that you'll use every single day.

This board is an unknown species of wood as it was purchased from a larger collection of various kinds of wood. But that doesn’t make this board any less special. This is an face grain board, and can be used for every day use, but will show knife marks more easily. I personally would use this as a serving or charcuterie board. To keep this board looking beautiful, wipe with a damp cloth and dry immediately. NEVER soak a wooden cutting board. And if the board starts looking dull, you can always apply some food grade Mineral oil and B.P. Farms Wood Butter.

This cutting board has been finished with food safe Mineral Oil, Walrus Oil Cutting Board Oil and rubbed down with B.P. Farms Wood Butter.
