You’d be hard pressed to find a kitchen anywhere in the world that doesn’t have at least one wooden spoon. I personally have 12! Ever since I started woodworking I knew that I wanted to venture into the world of spoons, and that time has finally arrived.

These rustic spoons are handmade in my wood shop on our property. I call them rustic because they aren’t perfectly smooth and finished spoons. I like the fact that you can still see tool marks and the irregular shapes and sizes of the handle and bowl of the spoon. This spoon is made from Cherry that was locally sourced from a yard in Snohomish and the logs have been drying for several years. With proper care, these spoons can last for many, many years! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Item Description:
Wood Type: Cherry Wood
Item Weight: 1.5 oz
Total Length: 11.25”
Handle Length: 7.5”

Wooden Spoon Care:
NEVER soak any wooden item. Wash with soap and warm water and dry immediately. Every so often, rub the spoon down with food grade mineral oil (you can find this at any grocery store in the first aid section) and rub down with B.P. Farms Wood Butter. With proper care, this spoon should last for many, many years!
